Inbal acts as legal counsel in the legal department of BSW. In the framework of her position, Inbal drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial contracts, and provides legal advice and counsel to all departments of the Group.

Inbal studied in the College of Management Academic Studies, there she earned a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) (Magna Cum Laude) and Economics (B.A.). Additionally, Inbal was the first in the Dean’s Honors list.

Inbal was an associate in various law firms, including M. Firon & Co., which is ranked fifth in the top five law firms in Israel, and in the tech transfer company of Tel Aviv University.

Inbal’s experience includes providing ongoing legal counsel to diverse clients, including start-ups in the software and biomedical sectors, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements, and advising and addressing complex issues in pharmaceuticals and labor law. Inbal was also involved in many legal aspects of tech transfer and intellectual property rights.

As legal counsel, Inbal contributes to the studio’s overall success. Inbal provides vital legal guidance, ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and safeguards the studio’s interests.
