Omer is Deputy COO and head of the Presale and Project department at BSW Israel. With a broad skill set, his contributions range from creating new services and products to working with the group’s teams and our partners to bring them to life and implementing them with various global customers.

Omer has 20 years of experience building and leading multicultural international teams in the delivery of large-scale projects and programs in the fields of Aviation, Oil & Gas, Homeland Security, Cyber & Education, across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

As the head of the Presale and Project department, Omer and his team serve as a vital hub between the different units within the group, such as Marketing, Business Development & Product making, ensuring they are all aligned and working towards the group targets and goals.

Omer’s diverse experience, combined with working directly with suppliers, customers, and most group teams, puts him in a unique position to contribute to almost all stages of a product/project, from initiation to delivery.
