Rinat serves as the General Counsel for BSW, she oversees the legal aspects of the company, providing expert guidance on various legal matters, ensuring compliance with the relevant laws, and managing the legal team. Her responsibilities at BSW Technologies include everything from contract negotiations to intellectual property management.

Prior to her role at BSW Technologies, Rinat acted as the General Counsel at Strigo. There, she played a crucial part in shaping the legal framework of the company, working on risk management, and facilitating business strategies that adhered to legal regulations.

Her previous experience also includes an 11-year tenure as Partner and Head of the International & Hi-Tech Department at Gilead Sher & Co. Between July 2009 and January 2021, she focused on international and high-tech legal affairs, displaying her expertise in complex matters of global trade, technology law, and international business relations.

Rinat's extensive experience in various legal roles has enabled her to build a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international law, making her an invaluable asset to Soterio.
