Shahar is a seasoned executive, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Business Development at BSW Group, and Cyberpro Global. He leads global business expansion efforts and forges strategic alliances to drive growth.

Before joining BSW Group, he served as the CEO of T.I.M Technologies for two years, further honing his business development and leadership skills. Shahar's experience also extends to Verint Security Intelligence Solutions, where he held several positions, including Business Development Director and Intelligence Consultant, and Strategic Marketing Director for the Americas region.

Earlier in his career, Shahar was an Intelligence Case Officer at the Prime Minister's Office for eight years. His diverse experience spans intelligence, cybersecurity, and business strategy, equipping him with the unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and business.
